Our first trip to Ras El Bar for 2026
From Thursday, April 23rd to Sunday, April 26th

Accommodation at the Arakan Hotel directly on the Nile, offering luxury and a prime location close to markets.
Each room includes:
1- Air conditioning
2- Mini-bar refrigerator
3- Kettle
4- Drinks
5- TV with independent receiver
6- Digital safe
7- Towels, bathrobes, soap, and hairdryer provided in bathrooms
Price per person in a triple room: 4500 EGP
Price per person in a double room: 4600 EGP
Price per person in a single room: 6600 EGP
Children under 4 years old stay free (without a seat on the bus)
Children from 4 to under 6 years old: 1200 EGP (including a seat on the bus)
Children from 6 to under 12 years old: 2900 EGP
(Prices are subject to change in the event of changes to fuel prices, taxes, or any other decisions by sovereign authorities) The participant will bear any price difference in case of an increase.

Prices include:

1- Accommodation for 4 days/3 nights at the Arakan Hotel directly on the Nile, with open buffet breakfast.

2- A trip to Ras El Bar (one way only; return trip is at the participant’s discretion).

3- A one-hour Nile cruise along the length of Ras El Bar.

4- Transfers to and from Cairo in modern, air-conditioned tourist buses.
Prices do not include:

1- Any additional meals, food, or drinks.

2- Transfers within Ras El Bar outside the scope of the mentioned program.
3- Anything not mentioned in the offer.
Booking, Modification, and Cancellation Policy:

1- Booking is open from now until Wednesday, April 8, 2026. Cancellations are not permitted after this date unless an alternative of the same number of participants is provided. Seats on the bus will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, with no exceptions under any circumstances. 2- Cancellation ten (10) days before the trip will result in a refund minus one night’s stay and the cost of bus seats (unless a replacement with the same number of seats is provided).

3- Cancellation six (6) days before the trip will result in the full trip cost being deducted (unless a replacement with the same number of seats is provided).

4- The final check-in list must be sent to the hotel five (5) days before the trip. No changes are permitted after the list has been sent.

5- For first-time participants in our overnight trips, please send us copies of both sides of your valid national ID cards and birth certificates for children aged 0-12 years via WhatsApp to 01223348696. This is to ensure data confidentiality and to prepare the check-in lists before sending them to the hotel (this also applies to participants in previous overnight trips upon request).

6- Any damage or missing items in the rooms that occur during the stay are the responsibility of the party causing them and will be dealt with directly by the hotel management before departure.
